The boyfriend and I woke up early to go visit my Grandma. Her city had an event that let citizens pick out a bunch of free items donated by stores.
The first tomato growing on her friend's plant.
Her plants were growing baby bell peppers. So cute!
Not too long ago my grandma began to take care of some birds given to her by a friend. Two of them, a green and white parakeet, had a baby. The outcome was this beautiful grey and black bird. It looks so unique.
Family photos and Homie the gorilla :).
My great-grandma's portrait. I'm not sure who's in the smaller picture though.
More picture of my great-grandmother. That's my grandma on the right in the farther back photo.
After the event the boyfriend and I decided to go eat at Denny's, my favorite breakfast place! Sadly we don't have one down by us.
Bananas on French Toast, mmm :).
Later on I went to hang out with my friend Terrence and take photos around Boston before he leaves for a six week trip to Norway.
Wall art in the Park Street station. I never knew it was the first subway station in the US!
We then walked around in the Boston Commons.
Make Way for Ducklings!
Real ducks :).
Swan boats. I haven't been in one of those for years. I want to ride one again soon!
A newly wedded couple taking pictures in the Commons.
We then went for a walk down Newbury while the sun was setting.
My favorite store to take photos of ;).
I thought this was an interesting window display. I don't recall which store it was for, though, but I believe it was near one of the Starbucks on Newbury St.
I put in some new lightbulbs on my vanity mirror. Too bad they were the wrong kind, I love how bright they were. Made me feel like a movie star hahaha!
